About Me

My name is Dr. Jamie Foster, and it is a blessing to join your pet’s care team. I was born and raised in Wichita Falls, where I attended Midwestern State University for my undergraduate degree before completing vet school at Texas A&M University.

Growing up with family in the medical field, I always knew that veterinary medicine was my calling, and I was blessed with a very supportive husband, Thomas Foster, who was there to cheer me on every step of the way.

In-home care is incredibly personal and can make the end-of-life stage the tiniest bit easier for the precious pets who need it and the families who love them. It is something I want for my own pets, and something I believe God has paved the way for me to provide for others. My goal with every consultation is to learn your pet’s story and meet you both where you are while working to make every appointment as stress-free and peaceful as possible. I have completed both fear-free and peaceful euthanasia certification programs and am always on the lookout for the newest available information to do the best job for your pet.

I spend most days doing work at clinics to provide relief to the veterinarians in nearby counties. When I am not working, I enjoy spending my free time at home with my amazing husband and our zoo of frogs, fish, cats, and dogs. We are in the process of becoming certified foster parents through A World For Children and are looking forward to welcoming in new family members in the months to come.
